PHRI™ to Take Part in Asia HRD Congress® 2025

Cyberjaya, Malaysia — The Asia HRD Congress® 2025 is set to take place on August 8 and 9, bringing together leaders, educators, professionals, and innovators across the region to explore the theme, “Workforce Agility in the Era of AI.” As artificial intelligence continues to transform industries, the two-day event aims to highlight how adaptability, reskilling, and continuous learning are becoming essential in today’s fast-evolving workplace.

With AI reshaping roles and skill requirements across all sectors, this year’s Congress focuses on the need for workforce agility. Not just as a trend, but as a core capability for both organizations and individuals. Agile organizations are more likely to stay competitive, foster innovation, and respond quickly to disruptions, while agile individuals are better prepared to grow in their careers and stay relevant in a changing job market.

The 2025 edition of the Congress will feature three key segments:

  1. MasterClass Workshop – A full-day session offering practical, skills-based learning.
  2. Celebration of Excellence Gala Dinner – An evening event honoring outstanding contributions in the field of human development.
  3. Asia HRD International Conference – A platform featuring respected speakers, including industry practitioners, academics, and thought leaders, who will share insights on high-potential talent development, learning and training, sustainability, and innovation.

By spotlighting both organizational strategies and personal development, the event encourages participants to embrace agility as a mindset. It also aims to provide practical knowledge on how to integrate AI tools responsibly while fostering inclusive and adaptive workplaces.

In addition to keynote sessions and masterclasses, the program will feature the prestigious Asia HRD Awards Gala Dinner—a celebration of impactful contributions to human capital development.

The Asia HRD Congress® 2025 promises to be a valuable gathering for anyone involved in shaping the future of work. It’s more than just a conference, it’s a timely response to the growing need for transformation in how we lead, work, and learn.
