Ms. Mariliza Arceo launched the program with Introduction to HRM & SHRM and Talent Acquisition, emphasizing HR’s strategic role in organizational growth and effective recruitment practices.
Mr. Edrian Clemente delivered the second session on Learning & Development and Organizational Development, presenting practical approaches to employee engagement, impactful learning interventions, and culture building.
Mr. John Marvin Ong guided participants through Performance Management and Total Rewards, offering insights on appraisal systems, compensation frameworks, and reward strategies that foster accountability and motivation.
Atty. Eleazar Ypilan concluded the series with Philippine Labor Law and Compliance, providing essential guidance on labor policies, compliance requirements, and employee relations.
